
In his third untitled album near completion, Ky-mani Marley is certainly a major star on his own. On the 26th of February in 1976 Ky-mani was the son of the famous Robert Nesta Marley and Jamaican table tennis champion, Anita Belnavis, in Falmouth, Jamaica. East African words for Ky-mani mean adventurous traveler. Being an East African man, his album and his travels are an adventure. His musical voyage began in the year 1999 with The Journey. The artist was a multifaceted one who was seeking his niche in music. Many More Roads (Grammy nominated) was Ky-mani's "traditional" reggae release. The album brought out a mature Kymani. Many More Roads, as along with The Journey was well-received across the globe and established Ky-Mani's role of self-made "artist". Ky-Mani is well-known for his unique blend that combines hip-hop with R&B and a hint of modern jazz.
