Emily Bett Rickards was born in July 1991. She is an Canadian actor best known as Felicity in The CW's TV show Arrow. Rickards was raised and born to British Columbia. Beginning on her career path from a young age she was introduced to dancing and musical theatre in the hopes of becoming more involved in acting. Her high school graduation was sooner than she anticipated and enrolled at Vancouver Film School where she was awarded the Acting Essentials Certificate. When she completed the program, she participated in an open-call audition which led her to a booking agent. Alida Vocal Studio is located in Vancouver. Her rapport was with Stephen Amell, positive feedback from the fans, and her humorous remarks earned her the initial contract as a single-episode Guest Star.
